The processing of your personal data in accordance with Part 5 of Article 6 of the Law is carried out by your consent, as a subject of personal data or in cases provided for by the laws of Ukraine, in the manner prescribed by law.
Consent of the subject of personal data is the voluntary will of the individual (subject to his actual knowledge) to processing of his personal data in accordance with the stated purpose of these data processing presented in writing form or in a form allowing to conclude consent.

How do we protect your personal data?
NSC KIPT undertakes to take appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, illegal processing, accidental loss or damage and unauthorized destruction of your personal data.
In addition, we take appropriate measures to keep your private data in a safe, accurate and current state.
We restrict access to our internal equipment, where personal data are stored, to a narrow circle of authorized users, each of which has its own identifier and password for access. Access to personal data is granted exclusively to persons for whom it is included in official duties. The received personal information passes through a secure web connection (SSL) and is sent to authorized persons for storage, who have access to such data according to the NSC KIP internal order for personal data collecting and processing.
